Carolyn Sandstrom & manager Evelyn Schatz will do the shoot at clients choice of location.
A private digital shoot is totally confidential. We do not disclose on website, to press, or any other way publicly who we have completed a shoot for.
Client gains ownership / full copyright to images. Carolyn Sandstrom Photography does not use, sell, save, or store clients images. They are completely left in possession of client and Carolyn Sandstrom Photography does not leave with any images from shoot.
One full day devoted to shoot and processing on site.
Processing entails all images processed /enhanced through Photoshop on notebook computer. When completed, images are put on CD's /DVD's and turned over to client. After client signs waiver/disclaimer to confirm they are in possession of images and satisfied that the contract has been honored, all images will be removed from notebook computer and memory cards reformatted in presence of client..
Extra services supplied:
.......if requested, props designed to create a unique shoot. Extra charge for this service.
.......announcement cards designed before the shoot. New baby, engagement, party, thank you, etc. No charge for this service.
.......hand painting images with Photoshop after the shoot. No charge for the first painting.
...... enhancement/ repair photographs client may need fixed before the shoot. No professional images. Example....old family picture needing repairs. Extra charge for this service.
......digital enhancing after the shoot( removing blemishes, scars, softening age lines etc). No charge for this service.
This type of shoot has a special charge with all expenses prepaid. Contract to be signed at time of prepayment.
All business details to be conducted with manager Evelyn Schatz.
We will certainly sign your confidentiality agreement if requested.
All interaction regarding creative shoot can be done through email or by phone. A temporary email address can be set up to interact with Carolyn Sandstrom. This is so you can converse about ideas and needs for the shoot.
